Modern travel agency Fora Travel has expanded its Canadian presence to British Columbia. The move comes as domestic bookings rise sharply and demand for local travel advisors grows. With a unique platform and new savings tools, the company is helping more Canadians turn travel into a career.

Fora Travel, a tech-focused travel agency, has announced its official launch in British Columbia. The expansion follows a successful debut in Ontario earlier this year and marks a key step in the company’s national growth plan.

Registered with Consumer Protection B.C., Fora Travel is now fully operational in the province. The company offers a modern take on the travel business, aiming to make it easier for Canadians to become travel advisors and build careers around their passion for travel.

Co-founder Henley Vazquez shared her excitement about the expansion. She noted that British Columbia has a large population of travel lovers who want to turn their experiences into a business. “We’ve seen strong results in Ontario and can’t wait to welcome advisors from the West Coast,” she said.

The move comes as summer travel demand rises sharply across Canada. Fora Travel recently released booking data for the 2025 summer season, showing a 196% year-over-year increase in advisor bookings for Canadian destinations. Vancouver stands out as the most booked city in the country. Canada itself ranks among the company’s top ten destinations worldwide.

With more Canadians planning trips, Fora Travel sees a growing need for local travel advisors. The company believes its platform provides the tools and support needed to help new advisors succeed.

One of the key features drawing attention is Fora’s new price drop tool. This technology tracks every refundable hotel booking made through the Global Distribution System (GDS). If a price drops by at least 5% and $50, the advisor gets an alert. They can then rebook the same room at the lower price or upgrade the client at no extra cost.

Since its launch, the tool has already helped save clients hundreds of thousands of dollars, according to the company.

Fora Travel works on a membership model. For an annual fee of $399, advisors get access to the full platform. This includes over 170,000 bookable hotels, fast commission payments, and built-in marketing tools.

Members also gain entry to the Advisor Portal, which features more than 660 on-demand training sessions. The platform also hosts live weekly training events and connects members through a global online forum. This support network helps new advisors learn the ropes and grow their business with confidence.

Fora’s focus on technology and education is part of its effort to lower the barriers to entering the travel industry. By giving users access to professional tools and continuous learning, the company wants to redefine how travel agencies work in the digital age.

The launch in British Columbia is expected to bring in a wave of new advisors from the province. These individuals will benefit from the company’s resources while helping meet the rising demand for personal travel planning services.

As Canadians continue to plan trips both near and far, Fora Travel is positioning itself as a key player in the travel advisor space. The company’s growth in British Columbia signals both a business opportunity and a new path for travel enthusiasts in the province.

With its growing platform, smart tools, and focus on people, Fora Travel is changing how Canadians engage with the travel industry—one province at a time.
